If you're familiar with the Malaysian blogosphere, you've probably heard of Project Alpha, a reality show which aims to uncover the lives of our country's top bloggers.
Over the next few weeks, Just 140 will feature one of the seven bloggers featured in the second season of the show, which premieres on April 19. First up is popular blogger Cheesie.

your campaigns?

I used Twitter to garner more votes in the Miss World Malaysia 2009’s subsidiary title – Miss Popular. I believe (coupled with my blog and support from my friends and family) it helped me win that title.

    You'd think a professional blogger would at least know how to spell correctly as well as be able to convey his/her message. I honestly didn't know what language she was trying to speak in most of the interview. Horrendous and embarrassing sums it up best.

    For whats it worth, cheesie creates a reaction. For good or for bad, that sure makes her as the top 1% of twitterers. There are hundreds of millions of twitterers out there but what makes a good twitterer? the truth is....it depends on what's up your street ? What feels like nonsense to one may be like entertainment to another.

    Another case of Niki Cheong promoting his own friends.. Pls Project Aplha is not about TOP Msia bloggers in the whole of Msia. It's just for Top Msia boggers under a certain advertising company call Nuffnang. And how did they pick all these 'top' bloggers anyway? Sometimes its just them promoting traffic to each other. Many ppl can write better but just because they are not friends with these top ppl in nuffnang, they cannot be 'top' blogger, twitterer whatever shit according to them . And they get to sit at home and do nth but all these stupid camwhoring and make up and travel around the world cz ppl like to go read the stupid things they write. so if u don wna support them or pay for their shaking leg and travel around the world only to brag bout it on their blog, STOP reading the blog.
