Bungling robber shoots himself in foot
A bank robber in Brazil spent very little time on the run from police - because he shot himself in the foot during the heist.The incident was caught on a security camera during the bank job in a small town in the state of Parana.
The thief was guarding the door of the bank while the rest of the gang went inside.
CCTV caught him brandishing two guns at the entrance while the raid was carried out.

Everything seems to be going smoothly until he lowers his right arm and accidentally blasts himself in the foot.
The thief left the bank limping and was arrested on the same night when he went to hospital for treatment.
Police are still searching for the rest of the gang.
The robbery happened last week but the footage has now been released by police.
